Does college planning make your head spin? If so, you’re not alone. With so much uncertainty in today’s world, even the most composed parents get apprehensive when thinking about preparing their children for life beyond high school. Fear no more. We at College Prep Genius are committed not only to helping every student “Ace the SAT”, but also to equipping each of them with the knowledge necessary to navigate through these tumultuous times.
After spending over two years doing research for “High School Prep Genius: An Academic Guide to Excellence” it occurred to me that no book could answer every question. This is especially true for the capricious nature of preparing for the future. Thus the idea of a timely and dynamic blog was born.
My motivation is simple, to help students reach their goals through education, preparation, and the cultivation of discipline. This blog is intended to be informational and independent of any intellectual prejudices; a safe haven for academic dialogues. It is my ambition to cover a variety of topics from enhancing one’s college application to deciding if college is the best next step. No relevant topic is too daunting or simplistic to discuss.
Many feel at a loss when trying to prepare for the future. Not you. Take this journey with me and together we can chart the course to academic and professional success.
