CLASS SIGN-UP:
If you signed up your student for one of our “Master the SAT Classes”, they are automatically enrolled in the desired class. Please make note of day, time and place of the class. Students will need to arrive at least 10 minutes early since class starts promptly on time. They will also need to bring pencils, calculator, snack, drink and lunch if it is a 2 day class.
If other products were purchased (e.g. dvd, extra workbook), they will be given to the student on the first day of the class.
Due to travel and material costs, all classes are non-refundable. In certain circumstances, students may be able to transfer their tuition to another class.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS:
If you purchased one of our products, they are generally shipped same day or the next business day depending on the time purchased. Our products have a 100% Money-Back Guarantee! We use USPS for all orders shipped within the United States and internationally. Most paypal, credit and debit card orders are shipped within 24 hours. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received. Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Standard Return Policy
- Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable): 30 days from the Invoice date
- Return for replacement: Within 30 days from the Invoice date
